Digitalization of the Actual Residence Registration Process

The Ministry of Internal Affairs has digitized another process within the Migration and Citizenship Service. During the government session on December 25, the platform mcs-register.am was approved and launched.

“Dear citizens, if you have changed your residence and wish to register at the new address based on ACTUAL grounds, you can fill out the application online without visiting the office, without queuing, or waiting in line, and without any paperwork. You need to follow just a few simple steps, under strict identification conditions.

1. Access the system through strict identification.

2. Select a new application using the corresponding button.

3. Choose the section for actual residence registration application; the system will automatically display your personal data.

4. Check and add the registration address.

5. Confirm that you will be at the specified address on the following working days to meet with the territorial inspector.

Finally, you need to click save, pay, and send the confirmation buttons, and the application will be in process.
