The President of France, Emmanuel Macron, knows how to organize a conversation with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin. This was stated by Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov during an interview on the '60 Minutes' program broadcasted on Russia 1 television.
'If Macron has something to say, and it is truly a signal, he and his assistants know how to convey it and how to organize such a conversation with Putin,' the diplomat noted.
