Bayramov on Relations with Russia and Azerbaijan

Despite the tensions in relations with Russia this year, a certain dialogue took place, stated Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.
"The meeting in Dushanbe played a significant role in easing relations between the two countries," said the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister.
