Russia has launched airstrikes on Kyiv early this morning. This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing Alexander Koval, the head of the Rivne regional military administration.
"The air defense forces are working to eliminate the threat in the skies over the capital," the statement said. Preliminary reports indicate that there are no casualties.
