Complaints Exist. Oversight of Public Transport to Be Strengthened. Galjyan

We are adding new positions in the public order service because the overwhelming majority of the public demands that we be consistent in public transport with proper payment implementation, as around 80% of users pay diligently and have a legitimate grievance against the remaining 20% who do not pay. As city authorities, we are obliged to listen to the demands of the people. This was announced today by Armen Galjyan, head of the Yerevan Council's faction of the ruling Civil Contract party.
