Turkey Discusses Sale of Azerbaijani Gasoline to Armenia
The Turkish media and social networks have widely reacted to the news of Armenia purchasing Azerbaijani gasoline. Several Turkish news outlets and users have characterized this move as a 'humanitarian' initiative from Azerbaijan towards Armenia.
Specifically, a well-known Turkish website indicated that this step could be seen as a demonstration of Azerbaijan's goodwill in the context of new realities forming in the region. At the same time, it is emphasized that the transaction is purely commercial in nature. Azerbaijan's state oil company, SOCAR, has sent 22 tank cars of gasoline to Armenia, which has been sold at international market prices.
