Macron Discusses the Benefits of Dialogue with Putin

French President Emmanuel Macron has stated that resuming dialogue with Russian President Vladimir Putin could be beneficial. According to him, several countries are already engaged in negotiations with the Russian leader, and such interactions should not be excluded for Europe as well.
