In That Case, the EU Would Enter the War with Russia Within Three Months - Orbán
The Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Orbán, announced that if the proposal for the confiscation of Russian assets were accepted, the European Union would become a direct party to the conflict with Russia.
During a conversation with reporters following the conclusion of the EU summit in Brussels, Orbán emphasized that this initiative posed serious military risks. He stated that if the proposal were confirmed, the EU would join the war not after years, but in a very short period of time.
“If that proposal were accepted, we would immediately find ourselves involved in war—if not within three days, then at least within three months. We managed to avoid that danger, and this is a significant success,” the Hungarian Prime Minister declared.
