Unprecedented Indicators in November, Says Head of the State Revenue Committee

A predictable business environment, reduced costs, time savings, and strengthened trust between the state and businesses. In November, we achieved unprecedented indicators; 70.2% of goods declarations were passed through the 'green corridor' interfacial reflection procedure. This was announced by the head of the State Revenue Committee, Edward Hakobyan, on his social media page.

“In November 2025, 23,016 goods declarations were passed, compared to 23,159 in the same month of 2024. While in November 2024, 56.4% of declarations were passed through the 'green corridor' interfacial reflection, in November 2025, this figure rose to 70.2%. This reflects a growth of 13.8 percentage points, while the number of declarations passing through the 'yellow corridor' and 'red corridor' interfacial reflections has significantly decreased as well,” the post stated.

The customs risk management system is working more targeted and efficiently, with fewer 'unnecessary' checks and greater trust in the disciplined participants of foreign economic activity. This indicates that the continuous modernization and constant monitoring of the risk management system are yielding positive results, while the discipline of participants in foreign economic activities is also on the rise,” the post added.
