Kremlin Prepares for Contacts with the United States: Peskov

The press secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov, has stated that the Kremlin is preparing for contacts with the United States with the aim of obtaining information about the results of Washington's work with Europe and Ukraine.

“We are indeed working on preparing for a meeting and certain contacts with our American partners to gain an understanding of the outcomes the U.S. has achieved following its work with the Europeans and Ukraine,” Peskov said.

He also made several other statements: “Russia observes an increase in tension around Venezuela and considers it a potentially dangerous development,” Peskov added.
