Many Are Upset: The List Reveals Who Organizes These Attacks, says Harutyunyan

The head of the RA Prime Minister's Office, Arayik Harutyunyan, made a post on his Facebook page, reminding that the EU has announced support for Armenia against hybrid attacks.

“All countries are facing this issue today, and mechanisms are being implemented to counter it. After the EU's announcement, many people have become upset. From the list of those who are upset, you can understand who organizes the hybrid attacks and who are the hybrid tools,” Harutyunyan wrote.
