The USA has started to better understand Moscow, Lavrov
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated in an interview with Iran's state television and radio broadcast corporation that the recent contacts with Washington are generating some hope that the American side has begun to more deeply comprehend Moscow's position.
According to Lavrov, there is a noticeable deeper analysis of approaches during these communications, which could serve as a basis for further development of dialogue. At the same time, he did not discuss specific agreements or outcomes, emphasizing that the process remains complex and sensitive.
It is noteworthy that earlier, Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov pointed out that an agreement on a Russian-American summit could be reached relatively quickly if necessary. However, he indicated that so far, Moscow has not received any clear signal from Washington regarding the organization of such a meeting.
