Snow and Rain Expected: Weather in Armenia

On December 16 and the night of December 17, precipitation is expected in some regions of the Republic of Armenia, with snow and rain-snow mix in the mountainous areas, while the lowland regions are expected to see rainfall. From the daytime of December 17 to December 20, dry weather is anticipated. This information is provided by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center.

On December 17, fog is expected in the morning hours in the low-lying areas of the Ararat and Shirak fields. Air temperatures will decrease by 2-4 degrees during the day of December 16 and the night of December 17.

In Yerevan, light precipitation is possible on December 16, in the higher elevations of the city, in the form of a rain-snow mix. From December 17 to 20, dry weather is expected in the capital. During the daytime on December 16, temperatures will be around 5-7 degrees, while in the evening hours, it will range from 0 to +2 degrees.
