Open War is Being Provoked Against Russia: Szijjarto

Several Western European countries are taking overt steps to escalate the conflict with Russia and disrupt peace negotiations around Ukraine, according to Hungarian authorities. This was stated by Hungary's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Péter Szijjártó.

“The Europeans, Brussels, and Western European politicians are practically looking to sabotage peace negotiations. Western European politicians are also openly provoking war and clearly want to draw all of Europe into war with Russia,” said the Hungarian foreign minister.

According to him, Hungary's position remains unchanged; Budapest intends to stay out of these processes, resist external pressure, and prevent the country from becoming involved in the military conflicts of other states.
