Investigative Committee's Response to Disorder Caused by Polish Fans

In connection with the disturbances caused by Polish fans at one of the restaurants, public criminal proceedings have been initiated against 16 individuals. This information was reported to Auroranews.am by the Investigative Committee.

“Criminal proceedings have been initiated under Article 297, Part 2, Clause 1 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism committed by a group of individuals) and Article 195, Part 2, Clause 5 (physical violence committed by a group of individuals). An investigation is underway.

Of these individuals, 7 have been subject to a ban on leaving the country, while 9 others have been declared wanted,” said the agency.
