Unidentified Gunman Opens Fire at a University in the U.S.

An unidentified gunman opened fire at Brown University in the city of Providence, California, as reported by CNN. There are 2 confirmed fatalities and 8 injuries. Providence Mayor Brett Smiley announced the news.

According to NBC News, the number of injured individuals has risen to 20. The suspect has not yet been apprehended, and the motives behind the attack remain unclear. Police reported that the suspect was wearing dark clothing at the time of the incident.

Meanwhile, U.S. President Donald Trump has called for prayers for the victims and the injured. “I am aware of the situation unfolding at Brown University. It is horrific, and all we can do at this moment is pray for the victims and those seriously injured,” said the American leader.
