Peskov Reveals Details of Putin-Erdoğan Meeting
The press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, has stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan discussed Ukrainian issues during their conversation.
“The leaders also discussed the European Union’s intention of engaging in ‘massive fraud’ with Russian assets. Both sides agreed that such reckless actions by Europeans would lead to the collapse of the international financial system,” Peskov said.
Additionally, the meeting between Russian and Turkish Presidents Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdoğan took place in Turkmenistan, with delegations from both countries participating. It lasted for 40 minutes, as reported by “RIA Novosti.” The meeting was held behind closed doors, and the Russian and Turkish delegations have since left the negotiating room.
