I Am in Kupiansk, Which the Russians Captured: Zelensky

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky visited Kupiansk following a successful operation by the Defense Forces.

According to the APA news agency, Zelensky published a video on his Telegram channel filmed near the entrance to the city of Kupiansk. “The Russians talk a lot about Kupiansk; we see the results. I thank every unit that fought here, all those who have destroyed the occupiers,” said the Ukrainian president.

Zelensky noted that achieving results on the front line is extremely important for Ukraine in terms of securing outcomes in the diplomatic process. It is reported that President Zelensky was located 1.15 km from Russian positions and 500 meters from the “gray zone.”

Additionally, on November 20, the head of the Russian Armed Forces General Staff, Valery Gerasimov, reported to President Vladimir Putin about the capture of Kupiansk.
