Satisfy Mikeal Srbazanyan's Demand to be Operated On by His Doctor: Edmon Marukyan

We all know that Mikeal Srbazanyan is in the NSS isolation facility, in the KGB prison, as a result of persecution by the authorities, and there is a verdict of two years in prison which has been appealed. This was stated during a live broadcast on his Facebook page by Edmon Marukyan, the leader of the 'Enlightened Armenia' party.

He particularly noted: 'I demand that Minister of Justice Surbhi Galayan and Nikol Pashinyan quickly organize the fulfillment of Mikeal Srbazanyan's request and transfer him to the appropriate place where he wants to be operated on. Everyone has the right to be treated and operated on by their doctor, and it is not the state that should decide where he should be operated on. If a person says that he has a doctor in a hospital and he wants to be operated there, then that request should be fulfilled, otherwise our state will have numerous problems at least in the field of human rights in this regard,' declared Marukyan.
