Russia Has Its Claims on This Issue: Lavrov

Russia insists on a package of agreements aimed at achieving a long-term and stable peace in Ukraine, ensuring security guarantees for all parties involved, stated Sergey Lavrov, Russia's Minister of Foreign Affairs. This was reported by RIA Novosti.

"We insist that a comprehensive package of agreements be reached for solid, stable, and long-term peace with security guarantees for all involved countries. Our negotiations with the U.S. President and his team are dedicated to finding a long-term solution to eliminate the root causes of this crisis," Lavrov said during a roundtable discussion focused on resolving the situation around Ukraine.
