Referendum in Ukraine Will Delay Negotiations: Medvedev

Commenting on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's remarks about a potential referendum regarding territorial issues, Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of Russia's Security Council, stated that this is an extremely poor response to the United States and that Kyiv will thus delay the negotiation process.

Earlier, the 'Obshchestvennoye' television channel reported that Zelensky proposed conducting a 'national referendum' on territorial issues.

'This drug addict gave a bad attitude and response to the White House. Everyone understands that a referendum on Ukraine's territorial issues will delay negotiations. This is exactly what Kyiv's clown is trying to do. How much longer will you tolerate this, America,' Medvedev wrote on social media.
