New Decision on Mortgage Support for Large Families

The government approved a decision to increase the mortgage support for large families in Armenia during today's session, among the untabled projects. According to the decision, the mortgage support will increase by 20%, amounting to 400 million drams.

For the year 2025, 2.1 billion drams was allocated for this program; however, by the end of October, the funds have nearly been depleted, prompting the decision to enhance the support. This year, over 2,500 families have benefited from this program.
