Fugitive Arrested After Flight Registration

On December 9, at 2:30 AM, officers from the Community Police Department at Zvartnots International Airport carried out operational-intelligence measures that led to the arrest of a 35-year-old foreign national after flight registration.

This individual had been wanted since February 4 of this year on charges of fraud, with an arrest warrant issued by Interpol of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The National Central Bureau of Interpol in Armenia was notified about his discovery.
