Robert Kocharyan Apparently 'Screwed' Putin: Hasmik Hakobyan

Robert Kocharyan apparently 'screwed' Russian President Putin. Justifying the notorious 'property for debt' deal, Kocharyan stated yesterday that the properties handed over to Russia were useless and non-operational. This was noted by Hasmik Hakobyan, a member of the National Assembly from the ruling Civil Contract party, in a post on her Facebook page.

“Well, Putin naively took those useless and worthless factories, as Kocharyan said, but in reality, they include not only valuable assets but also strategically important facilities. Let me remind you of these properties: 'Hrazdan Thermal Power Plant', Yerevan's 'Mars' factory, 'Scientific Research and Production Enterprise for Material Science', 'Research Institute of Automated Control Systems of Yerevan', 'Research Institute of Mathematical Machines of Yerevan'. Along with the properties, the land plots of the companies were also handed over. Russia also gained the right to resell these infrastructures,” wrote Hakobyan.
