Investigations Launched into the Assault of Mhiranj Hakobyan

Investigations have been initiated regarding the assault on Mhiranj Hakobyan. This was reported to Aurora News by the Investigative Committee of Armenia.

According to the committee, the charges are based on Article 167, Part 2, Points 7 and 12 of the Criminal Code (causing medium bodily harm by a group of individuals, motivated by hooliganism). A forensic examination has been requested, and a preliminary investigation is underway.

Recall that an attack occurred on public figure Mhiranj Hakobyan in the parking lot of 'Dalma Mall'.

“The assailants were masked and unexpectedly attacked him from behind. Mhiranj has sustained bodily injuries and is currently being transferred to 'Izmirlyan' Medical Center. I am confident that this attack would not have happened if law enforcement had solved the crime of throwing a grenade in front of Mhiranj's house in 2021,” wrote lawyer Ruben Melikyan.
