Azerbaijan Continues to Intervene in Armenia's Internal Affairs: Azerbaijani Expert
At a time when Azerbaijan is developing overtly aggressive plans against Armenia on a daily basis under direct orders from the president, Azerbaijan continues to interfere in Armenia's internal affairs and foreign relations. This was stated by Azerbaijani expert Tatevik Hayrapetyan.
“They demand to change an Independence Declaration, and the Armenia-EU partnership doesn’t meet their desires. But the Armenian authorities are very mixed up – they are engaged in very ‘serious’ scholastic debates and don’t seem to be concerned with such matters,” wrote Tatevik Hayrapetyan.
It should be reminded that earlier, Azerbaijan's foreign ministry released a statement expressing serious concerns about the strategic agenda of the “EU-Armenia partnership,” which was signed at the 6th meeting of the Partnership Council between the European Union and Armenia on December 2, 2025, in Brussels. The statement claimed it included priorities that distort the post-conflict reality and generally contradict the peace agenda between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
