You Can Now Register Your Child's Birth Online: Minister Surbuhie Galyan

You can now register your child's birth electronically by visiting the hartak.am website, which can also be done using a QR code. This was announced by Armenia's Minister of Justice, Surbuhie Galyan.

“First and foremost, you need to have an identification card and authenticate through the ‘I Am’ system. After logging into the platform, you must submit the appropriate application and specify your commonly used email address, through which feedback will be provided.

The sequence of steps is as follows: after entering the platform, select civil status registrations, then state birth registration, and apply online. The system will automatically display your family status. Confirm the details and proceed to the next step.

Once you electronically sign and confirm the application, it can no longer be changed. You will receive a notification regarding its acceptance. After the registration is completed, a state birth certificate will be generated and sent to the email address you specified,” the minister stated.
