I Am Not Sure Zelensky Is Happy About This: Trump on Peace Plan

U.S. President Donald Trump has stated that he is somewhat disappointed with Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky, who, according to him, has not yet familiarized himself with the U.S. proposals for conflict resolution. This was reported by interfax.ru.

“We have spoken with President Putin, we have talked with Zelensky, and I have to say that I am a little disappointed that President Zelensky has not yet gotten acquainted with the proposal,” Trump said to reporters.

The U.S. president noted that in his opinion “Russia is not opposed” to this peace plan, adding, “But I am not sure that Zelensky is happy about this. His people like the plan, but he has not read it yet.”
