Armenia Has No Reason Not to Accept Azerbaijan's Proposal: Bayramov

We believe that Armenia has no reason not to accept Azerbaijan's proposal. Our offer remains valid. This was stated by Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov during a joint press conference in Baku with Abbas Araghchi.

“The initiative to create the 3+3 format was proposed by the President of Azerbaijan, and three meetings have been held within this framework. During the meeting held in October 2024, it was suggested to organize the next meeting under Azerbaijan's auspices. However, unfortunately, we did not reach such an agreement. The Armenian side did not agree to that. The current situation is different. The issue of organizing these meetings through other channels is already being discussed,” he said.

The minister noted that Azerbaijan is ready to host the meeting.
