Murder of 42-Year-Old Woman Exposed: Suspect Arrested

On December 3, local police in Vagharchapat discovered a body in the fields of the Griboiedov community. Following operational-search measures carried out jointly by the Criminal Investigation Department and the Armavir regional administration, it was determined that the deceased was Armine Mkrtumyan, born in 1983. A report of her disappearance was filed on December 1.

On December 4, a 35-year-old resident of Armavir village was arrested in Metsamor city on suspicion of murder. He confessed to having killed the 42-year-old woman. The suspect and the assembled documents have been forwarded to the investigative body, and the investigation is ongoing.
