Armenia's Position in the World's Most Peaceful Countries List
The "Global Peace Index" has published its ranking of the world's countries for peace in 2025. The list includes 163 countries. According to the results, the level of state-level conflicts has significantly increased since World War II. Meanwhile, many countries have increased their militarization, while some have managed to maintain peace.
The list of the world's most peaceful countries for 2025 is as follows:

Armenia ranks 58th, Azerbaijan is 95th, Georgia is 109th, Iran is 142nd, and Turkey holds the 146th position. Turkey is one of 14 countries involved in more than five external conflicts, predominantly in Syria and Ethiopia.
It is noted that the number of countries expanding their global influence since the Cold War has tripled, including Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, and South Africa.
