We Plan to Propose a New Constitution to the People: Nikol Pashinyan

There is no autocratic power in Armenia; there is the power of the people, and the people shape their power through free elections. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a press briefing.

“We plan to propose a new constitution to the people, and the people will have the opportunity to make decisions. Of course, I have already mentioned that when adopting a new constitution, it is important to consider and keep in focus the agenda for the development and sustainability of the state,” he noted.

Pashinyan also added that the power of the people in the Republic of Armenia is unassailable, inviolable, and unquestionable, and everything must be placed within that context.
