The Assertion that Putin Rejected the US Peace Plan is Incorrect, Says Peskov

The assertion that Putin rejected the US peace plan regarding Ukraine is incorrect; that is not the case. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov.

Peskov added that there is an understanding that the quieter the negotiations proceed, the more effective they will be. “Russia will adhere to this principle. The Kremlin hopes the American side will do the same,” he said.
