Putin Arrives in India for Two-Day Visit
Russian President Vladimir Putin has landed at the Palam Air Force Base in India. According to reports from RIA Novosti, Prime Minister Narendra Modi personally welcomed him at the runway.
Following the reception, the two leaders proceeded to an unofficial meeting in the same vehicle. The meeting is expected to be private.
