What is the Situation on the Country's Roads and in Lars?

The Rescue Service informs that the roads within the Republic of Armenia are mostly passable. Due to the ongoing reconstruction works on the Koriats' Dzor road and the danger of rockfalls, the road has been temporarily closed to traffic since August 19.

Drivers are urged to travel exclusively with winter tires.

According to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia's Emergency Situations Department and the Emergency Situations Ministry of Russia's North Ossetia Crisis Management Center, the Stepanavan-Mindia-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.
