No New Proposal Presented to Armenia, I Deny Opposition Claims - Rubinyan

The document from 2019 is a summary of all other documents; it is not a new proposal, and Armenia has not officially responded to it. This was stated by the Vice President of the National Assembly, Ruben Rubinyan, during a conversation with journalists.
“I deny the claims made by the opposition that there was a new proposal in 2019 which we rejected,” said Ruben Rubinyan.
