Case of Underfilling Detected at Fuel Station Owned by Narart LLC

The State Revenue Committee of Armenia has conducted oversight actions at a fuel station owned by Narart LLC, which deals with the sale of liquefied hydrocarbons, located at 23/14 Artsakh St., Yerevan.

During the inspections, a violation of regulatory standards was discovered, specifically underfilling, which resulted in the sealing of one pipeline for liquefied hydrocarbons at the fuel distribution tower. The offending business entity will be subject to administrative liability in accordance with the law for the identified violation.
