Edita
As a result of two attacks carried out by Afghanistan, 5 people were killed and another 5 wounded in Tajikistan last week.
On December 1, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon held a working meeting with the heads of the country's law enforcement agencies. The discussions focused on the situation along the state border between Tajikistan and Afghanistan, as well as ways to ensure border security and strengthen defenses.
Emomali Rahmon strongly condemned the illegal and provocative actions of Afghan citizens, instructing responsible officials to take effective measures to address the issue and prevent the recurrence of such incidents.
