Putin Calls on Kyiv Regarding the Fate of Surrounded Ukrainian Soldiers

The political leadership of Ukraine must decide the fate of its soldiers who are surrounded by the Russian army. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“The enemy is encircled and surrounded in Kupiansk and Krasnoarmeysk,” said the head of state. Putin added that the Russian armed forces are ready to cease military operations in these areas as long as media representatives are present.

“I have discussed this issue with the commanders of the relevant groups. They have no objections to allowing media representatives, foreign journalists, and Ukrainian journalists into the enemy encirclement zones so they can see for themselves what is happening there,” the president said.
