I Will Go: Narek Karapetyan to Attend Divine Liturgy at St. Sarkis Church

Narek Karapetyan, the leader of the "Our Way" movement, announced on Facebook that he plans to attend the divine liturgy at St. Sarkis Church in Yerevan. He specifically mentioned that two days ago, the Prime Minister announced his participation in the divine liturgy at the same church.

For the past 15 years, Karapetyan has attended the divine liturgy at St. Sarkis every Sunday, which has allowed him to avoid certain privileges granted to the children of affluent families. He stated, "The question is whether to go to the liturgy, as I do every week, in your beloved church, where there will be disastrous people for your homeland and a weak holy man, or not to go. I found my answer: I will go. This church is my spiritual sanatorium, and I should not give it up because of political tourists. Of course, it will be difficult to concentrate and participate in the communion of the liturgy since there will be a person responsible for the grief that has covered Armenia in recent years. But I will try," he wrote.

It should be noted that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had previously announced that he would participate in the holy and immortal liturgy at St. Sarkis Church in the central administrative district of Yerevan on Sunday, November 30.
