VIDEO: 5 minors humiliate and brutally beat a student

A Facebook user, Nanar Poghosyan, has published a video showing how several high school students from a military village physically assaulted and humiliated a boy studying at the Novemberyan State College. The video was recorded by the minors involved in the fight.

The Armenian Ministry of Internal Affairs has informed NEWS.am that the incident took place in September. Officers from the Novemberyan division of the Community Police have identified all individuals appearing in the video, arrested them on suspicion of hooliganism, and presented them to the investigative authorities.

The Investigative Committee has also stated that within the framework of the criminal case initiated regarding the hooliganism incident, public criminal prosecution has been initiated against 5 individuals.
