In the first half of the week, Trump's special envoy Stief Witkoff will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin, with the Kremlin set to announce the date of the meeting. This was reported by Peskov.

The Witkoff-Putin conversation will take place in Moscow.

Russian President Vladimir Putin noted that the U.S. has not proposed a draft agreement regarding Ukraine to Russia. Only a number of points have been outlined. He added that U.S. proposals could form the basis of future agreements, but no final version exists yet, as some points are of a fundamental nature for Russia.
