Putin Expresses Willingness to Meet Trump in Budapest

Russian President Vladimir Putin announced during a meeting with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban that he is ready to organize a potential meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump in Budapest, provided the parties agree on it.

“If the issue comes up in our negotiations about using Budapest as a platform, I would also be very happy and I want to thank you for your willingness to provide support,” said Putin while discussing Russian-Hungarian talks.
