He conveyed that the level of desertion is extremely high, according to reports from Western media, and it is unlikely that Kyiv can influence the situation. Putin added that the main challenge for the Ukrainian army is the deepening discrepancy between the number of new recruits and the losses, which decreases by 10,000 to 15,000 monthly.
