1,813 Employees of HEC Receive Additional Bonuses

1,813 employees of HEC have once again received additional bonuses due to accumulated savings in the company’s salary fund. The temporary manager of HEC, Romanos Petrosyan, announced on his Facebook page that the company’s executive management and branch leaders have once again not received bonuses, thereby ensuring several dozen million drams in savings in the salary fund.

According to him, the saved amount has been evenly distributed among those employees whose combined salary and bonus from the previous month did not exceed 200,000 drams (including their paid taxes). As a result, the compensation for these employees has increased by 10–20 percent. This group includes inspectors, controllers, technicians, assemblers, locksmiths, workers, drivers, and other specialists.

Petrosyan expressed gratitude to HEC’s diligent and honest employees, emphasizing that the company serves the public.
