Trump Instructs Whitkoff to Meet with Putin

Trump has announced that he has instructed special envoy Whitkoff to meet with Putin in Moscow to discuss a peace plan for Ukraine. Previously, the U.S. president stated that an agreement is close at hand.

White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt also noted that the U.S. has made significant progress on the Russian-Ukrainian peace agreement.
