Kocharian Should Ask AI if It's Possible for a Citizen Who Says ‘Privet Rob’ to Be Killed Minutes Later by His Own Bodyguards
Robert Kocharian addressed artificial intelligence (AI) with the following question: is it possible for a person to have the status of a defendant without a criminal charge, and is there any country where this is possible? This inquiry was made by Alkhaz Ghazaryan, a member of the Board of the 'Civil Contract' party and a member of the National Assembly of Armenia.
According to Kocharian, after a long period of work, AI responded, 'This is absurd; it is impossible.'
Since Kocharian has begun using AI, I would advise him to continue and pose the following inquiries:
- Is it possible for someone who does not have Armenian citizenship to become the President of Armenia based on a utility company's information?
- Is it possible for a poor person to come to Armenia, who by his own admission has no house in Yerevan, but becomes the President based on utility company paperwork, and at the end of his presidency, become one of the largest real estate owners in downtown Yerevan and one of the richest individuals in Armenia?
- Is it possible that a citizen who calls him 'privet Rob' could be killed moments later by his own bodyguards?
- Is it possible that October 27 would be permitted, but he would remain in power?
- Is it possible to orchestrate the events of March 1 in 2008 to transfer his authority to a successor, resulting in the shooting of 10 innocent people, while the main culprits do not face full punishment?
I hope that when Kocharian poses these questions to artificial intelligence, there will be no disruptions in the AI's responses,” wrote Alkhaz Ghazaryan, member of the Board of the 'Civil Contract' party and National Assembly deputy.
