Number of Citizens Fined for Violations in Public Transport

During a working meeting at the Yerevan City Hall, the acting head of the Public Order Protection Service, Avetik Babayan, reported that a total of 438 individuals have been fined for administrative violations recorded in the intra-community transport system. According to Article 137.9 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Republic of Armenia, these fines have been issued.

Babayan noted that out of these fines, 334 were related to traveling without a ticket, 5 concerned the use of another person's privileges, and 99 involved having a payment method that was not validated.
