Australian Prime Minister Announces Opening of International Borders

Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison has announced that the country's international borders will open on February 21, allowing vaccinated tourists to enter. This was reported by 7News.

Morrison stated that the condition for tourists visiting the country will be the presence of double vaccinations.

It is noted that Australia’s borders have been closed for two years.

Earlier, the Australian Department of Home Affairs had allowed citizens from other countries vaccinated with the Russian Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine to enter Australian territory.
