Azerbaijani media outlets have published a photo that allegedly shows Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev at the age of just 8 years old.
“Please note that the texts in the picture are in Russian. It is worth recalling the words of Azerbaijani journalist Afghan Mukhtarly, who claimed that Ilham Aliyev learned Azerbaijani only 20 years after becoming president,” the media stated.
